Nero 2-year-old Lurcher. He loves his walks and us good with other dogs but not cats. Nero is a resource guarder so will need an understanding home with no children. He will need someone who has experience with resource guarding to help him overcome this. He is very foody and is good to give treats to but if you dropped something on the floor and went to pick it up it could result in a bite. This could also extend to guarding comfy spaces for example if he got on the settee and was asked to move. He doesn’t have a settee in his kennel so we have not tested this lol, but it could be an issue. He doesn’t guard his bed at the rescue and hasn’t bitten since being with us.
